È on line il Bando “Benvenuti” sviluppato dal Comune di Presicce-Acquarica e relativo alla concessione di contributi a fondo perduto ai non residenti fino a un massimo di 30.000€ per l’acquisto, la ristrutturazione di immobili e il trasferimento di residenza sul territorio, con l’obiettivo di contrastare il fenomeno dello spopolamento e recuperare alcune tipologie di immobili privati non occupati.  

C’è tempo fino al 30 settembre 2023 per inoltrare istanza di contributo e accedere alle risorse disponibili che, per questa prima edizione prevista nel 2023, ammontano a 100.000,00€ e potranno essere rifinanziate anche negli anni successivi, in base delle disponibilità di bilancio. 

Il bando Benvenuti è rivolto a coloro che acquistano, con atto pubblico e  successivamente alla data di pubblicazione dell’avviso, un immobile - e relative pertinenze - ultimato precedentemente al 31 dicembre 1991, da destinare a civile abitazione. L’immobile deve insistere nel territorio di Comune di Presicce-Acquarica: sono esclusi dal contributo gli immobili classificati in catasto con categoria A/1, A/8 e A/9, e quelli ubicati in zona tipizzata agricola nei vigenti strumenti urbanistici, attualmente in vigore, degli ex Comuni di Presicce e Acquarica del Capo.

L’avviso assegna il contributo ai richiedenti in funzione della valutazione di una serie di criteri e di premialità. Il contributo complessivo massimo spettante pari al 60% del valore dell’immobile non potrà superare i 30.000€ e sarà ripartito in: 35% per il solo acquisto, 35% per la ristrutturazione e 30% per chi sceglie di trasferire a Presicce-Acquarica la residenza.

The Municipality of Presicce-Acquarica informs that the "Benvenuti" Public Call is online, relating to the granting of benefits to non-resident citizens ofthe Municipality up to a maximum of €. 30,000 for the purchase, refurbishment of properties as well as for the transfer of residence within the city limits, aiming at contrasting the phenomenon of depopulation as well as recovering some types of unoccupied private properties.  

The deadline for submitting a contribution application in order to get access to allocated resources which, for this first edition scheduled for 2023, are equal to €. 100,000.00 is September 30, 2023. This fund can also be refinanced in subsequent years, based on budgetary availability. 

The "Benvenuti" Public Call is addressed to individuals who purchase, by public notarial deed and  after the date of publication of the above-mentioned Public Call, a property - and related appurtenances - completed prior to 31 December 1991, and intended for civil dwelling. The Property must be located in the Municipality of Presicce-Acquarica: properties classified in the land registry under categories A/1, A/8 and A/9, as well as those located in a rural area, as identified in the urban planning instruments enacted by the former Municipalities of Presicce and Acquarica del Capo, and still applicable, are specifically excluded from this contribution.

The benefit shall be assigned to applicants based on the evaluation of a series of criteria and awards. The maximum total contribution due equal to 60% of the value of the property may not exceed €. 30,000 and will be divided into: 35% for the purchase only, 35% for the refurbishment and 30% for those willing to transfer their residence to Presicce-Acquarica.
